Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account with fcb138. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Multiple Accounts may be identified through matching personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method duplication, or other technical means. fcb138 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. You may be required to submit proof of identity (Indonesian KTP, passport, or other government-issued photo identification), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter at fcb138's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within reasonable timeframes may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. fcb138 may impose maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, per week, or per month as part of our responsible gaming commitments. Limit decreases take effect immediately.
fcb138 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through the withdrawal section of your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP members. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) banking hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) are typically processed within 2-3 hours for verified Accounts. Bank transfers to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are the primary withdrawal method. The bank account must be registered in your legal name matching your fcb138 Account.
To prevent money laundering, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 5% and may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. fcb138 reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
fcb138 reserves the right to refuse or cancel withdrawal requests if: (a) you have not completed KYC verification; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) the withdrawal request exceeds available balance; (d) there are pending disputes regarding your Account; or (e) withdrawal is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
From time to time, fcb138 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to Users. Bonuses are granted at fcb138's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, time limits, wagering requirements, and other conditions outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Not all Users may qualify for all Bonuses.
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. All bets are subject to acceptance by fcb138. fcb138 shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, epidemic or pandemic, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fcb138's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. fcb138 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

fcb138 may permanently close your Account if investigation confirms material breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other serious misconduct. Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to fcb138. Bonuses, pending bets, and winnings from prohibited activities will be forfeited.

Your Account will be closed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance will be paid out subject to completion of KYC verification and settlement of all pending bets. You remain bound by these Terms regarding any activity conducted prior to closure.
